  • Return window: 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Return eligibility: Unused products in their original packaging. Once opened, products are non-returnable.
  • ** Exceptions (acceptance):** We can consider returns only in cases of:
    • Damaged items
    • Mis-ordered items
    • Other products you received that are not as described
  • Return method: We arrange for courier pickup from our location.

What You Can Return

  • Unused beauty products in original, unopened packaging
  • Any items that arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care items that may not be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards or services

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. If eligible, we will schedule a courier pickup from LIPPARIS to collect the item(s) at no cost to you.

What to Prepare for Pickup

  • The product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Include all tags, accessories, manuals, and any included gifts
  • Repack securely to avoid damage during transit
  • Original order confirmation or packing slip is helpful

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Damaged items or incorrect orders: eligible for a refund or exchange. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method or process an exchange per your preference.
  • Non-damaged, correctly delivered items: Not eligible for return unless they meet the damage/mis-order criteria above.
  • Processing times will vary by payment method and bank.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered when the return is initiated due to damage, mis-order, or an error on LIPPARIS.
  • For standard returns (not due to LIPPARIS’ error), shipping costs may apply.
